Shipping and Returns

• Domestic shipping takes 4 to 7 business.
• International shipping takes up to 3 weeks.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted. Some pieces are made to order and we appreciate your patience.
• If you need an order expedited please contact us and we may be able to accommodate. 

• Incorrect Shipping Attention:

      We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. Please double check the information when placing an order. 

• Kindly note that MANO Jewelry has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear.

• If you would like to return any product please contact us at contact.manojewelry@gmail.com within fifteen (15) days of your order. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a refund. 

• Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
