• I HAVE A NICKEL ALLERGY, IS THIS JEWELRY SAFE?

         All MANO Jewelry pieces are nickel-free.

• SOMETHING BROKE, CAN YOU FIX IT?

         We hope you handle your jewelry with care but we understand if something breaks. No worries. We can most likely fix it. Common repairs include chain, jump rings, and ear posts. We will repair or replace these for free. Is your piece heavily loved and tarnished or the plating is rubbing off? No problem. We can polish or re-plate for a small fee.

We will get back to you within 5 business days.

Once we approve your repair, you can go ahead and ship your jewelry to us. Please pack it in a box so it won’t get crushed in transit.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. If you’re local to Miami and prefer to drop-off, let us know.
